Gear Up. Fuel Up. Let’s Go.
We’ve rounded up our favorite fitness products and supplements to help you crush your goals—whether you’re hitting the gym, training at home, or just getting started. From gear that actually works to supplements we trust, everything here is stuff we highly recommend to our friends, family and clients. As Amazon affiliates, we earn a small commission if you buy through our links (at no extra cost to you), which helps us keep sharing awesome finds and honest tips.

ProSourceFit Resistance Bands – This is a full set with each band having it’s own handles so no need to change the handles from band to band. Also comes with a door hinge anchor so you can hang the bands from various heights. We’ve used a lot of bands over the years and these are the best bang for your buck!

Fit Simply Loop Bands – 5 different strengths and they last a long time. We use these for lots of different lower body exercises but also great for core and upper body sets too.

Gaiam Slider Discs – We love these! Side lunges, reverse lunges, lying hamstring curls, glider push ups/planks, swimmers – the possibilities are endless!

Hustle Wrist Wraps – we recommend these to our clients struggling with any wrist flexion pain (during push ups, high planks, dips, reverse planks, etc.). Everyone who tries them agrees they are a game changer for extra support!

4KOR Myofascial Release Balls (multi-size) – when you have a spot that just nags in your back, line one of these balls up on it and against a wall and go to town! You will feel such relief after one session.

Foam Rollers – we are major advocates of foam rolling. Our youtube video, highlights a full body roll for optimal fascia adhesion maintenance to really have you feeling good. Do it daily!

Dymatize Whey Isolate – this is one of our favorite proteins for flavor and texture. It shakes up really easily and doesn’t clump. Makes great smoothies too. It’s very low carb, low fat and high protein.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Casein – Casein powders are slow digesting so they keep you full longer and they are a nice texture for making baked goods moist and not chalky. Check out the easiest brownie recipe.

Vanilla Casein – Casein powders are slow digesting so they keep you full longer and they are a nice texture for making baked goods moist and not chalky. Here is a delicious pumpkin, cranberry, chocolate chip bar packed with protein and good quality carbs.

Naked Pea Protein – we were partially plant based for awhile so we did away with any whey powders at the time. We tried several plant based powders but found this to be the best for mixing with liquid and baking.

Superseed Beyond Fiber – several of our tried and true recipes feature this fiber supplement. It’s great for baking and keeping the pipes regular 😉
