With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients achieve their personal best—whether that’s building functional strength, improving mobility/movement quality, enhancing swing & athletic performance, recovering from injury/dysfunction or dialing in a sustainable nutrition plan.

My specialties include functional strength training, corrective/physio-based exercise, golf fitness, sport-specific conditioning, yoga, mat Pilates, and personalized nutrition coaching. I hold certifications from leading organizations like the NSCA, NASM, TPI, and NESTA, ensuring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to training.

My journey into health and fitness began as a teenager, driven by my own goals to improve my physique and performance. As I’ve aged, my performance goals have changed and like most, I’ve experienced a number of acute and age-related injuries which I’ve managed my own recovery through.

My early passion for performance and my personal experiences with injury have shaped and evolved my approach to program design and my mission: helping others become stronger, healthier, and more functional. I believe this empowerment is the foundation for living the highest-quality life possible and I’m here to help you build it.

Functional Fitness Specialist & Personal Trainer | NSCA-CPT | NASM-CES | Certified Spinning Instructor (Level II)

I’ve been passionate about health and fitness since I was 14—first as a competitive athlete in tennis, then diving into running, boxing, weightlifting, and now, coaching others through their own wellness journeys.

As a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Level II Certified Spinning Instructor, I bring over two decades of experience to every training session. I specialize in women’s fitness, including pre- and postnatal strength training, functional fitness for the actively aging, and recovery-focused mobility work. I’m known for designing training programs that are challenging, dynamic, and always evolving—keeping clients engaged, progressing, and never bored. I also emphasize the importance of mobility and recovery, with stretching, adequate rest, and self-myofascial-release as a key part of my approach to staying strong and injury-free.

 

After overcoming chronic knee issues through strength training and clean nutrition, I know firsthand how powerful movement can be—not just for your body, but for your confidence and quality of life. My goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward lasting results in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.
