Coach Justin combines his expertise as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, and TPI-Certified Golf Fitness Coach to assess your unique movement patterns and physical limitations.
Using a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) physical screening and mobility assessment, he identifies how your body is affecting your swing. From there, he builds a custom corrective exercise program designed to improve your strength, mobility, and swing mechanics—all from the comfort of your home.
