Personal training is ideal for those with chronic conditions, limited exercise experience, pregnancy, or anyone seeking a more personalized approach.
Your journey begins with a consultation and assessment to evaluate your mobility, strength, and movement patterns. This helps us design a smart, progressive training plan that evolves with your progress.



Rates:
Onboarding Fee – $150
Required for all new clients. Includes initial consultation and assessment session.
Training Packages
- 30-Minute Sessions – $60/session (10-session commitment, $600 total)
- 10 Sessions – $90/session ($900 total)
- 5 Sessions – $95/session ($475 total)
- 3 Sessions – $100/session ($300 total)
- Single Session – $105
Sessions are approximately 1 hour unless noted. For two clients at the same location, add $15 per session. In-person and virtual (Zoom) options available.
Group Training
If you prefer the company of family or friends, we offer small group training (3+ people) which is perfect for those who want a social & motivating environment.
Expect a mix of dynamic warm-ups, full-body circuits, functional movements, and core finishers—all set to music and tailored to your group’s goals.
Rates:
Groups of 3 or more receive discounted rates per person.
