We start with a detailed questionnaire and build a practical, personalized meal plan based on your current habits, health history, food preferences, and schedule. Plans are flexible and adjusted as your progress evolves.
Through a one-on-one virtual session (phone or Zoom), we’ll walk you through the plan, explain the key nutrition principles behind it, and help you build smarter eating habits for long-term success.
You’ll also receive:
- Grocery shopping & meal prep guidance
- Weekly accountability check-ins (via text weigh-in)
- Ongoing coaching & support as needed
- Strategies to manage triggers and lifestyle challenges
