Swing Performance

There’s no one single way to swing a golf club; however, there is one efficient way and that is determined by one’s physical capabilities.

Rotary performance, particularly the golf swing, is dependent on the ability to maintain posture while transferring power from one segment of the body to another. There must be a balanced effort of strength, stability, and mobility throughout the entire kinetic chain to accomplish this efficiently. When the chain cannot move freely, it causes compensations which lead to swing characteristics that decrease power and accuracy.

Justin’s focus as a certified corrective exercise specialist, personal trainer, and TPI certified golf fitness coach is to assess and identify muscle imbalances contributing to decreased performance, dysfunctional movement patterns, chronic pain and acute injuries. A TPI physical screening and mobility assessment is completed to identify physical limitations that are translating into your golf swing. Once the body swing connections are established, a custom corrective exercise program is designed and implemented right in the convenience of your home to get you swinging more powerfully and efficiently.

If you are in the Southwest Florida area and in need of a personal golf fitness coach, reach out to coach Justin for a discussion on how he can help you move and perform better!
