Personal Training Sessions:
1/2 Hour Personal Training Session – $45/session (10 session commitment)
10 Prepaid Sessions Package – $60/session ($600 total)
5 Prepaid Sessions Package – $65/session ($325 total)
3 Prepaid Sessions Package – $70/session ($210 total)
Single Personal Training Session – $75/session
*The above rates apply to single person or two people. All sessions are 45 minutes – 1 hour in duration, unless otherwise noted, and length is subject to the trainer’s discretion. Sessions can be in person or online via Zoom depending on client preference.
Group Training Sessions:
Groups are 3+ participants and discounted rates per person/per session are available. Please contact us for more information on group training.

Online Group Fitness:
We offer LIVE and RECORDED online group fitness classes for just $29/month. Our library of nearly 100 recorded classes can be accessed anytime/anywhere from a smartphone, tablet or computer. The schedule of LIVE classes is as follows:
Tues/Thurs 8:00-8:50 am (EST) – 5 Min Fit 50 minutes of 5 minute sections working the various body parts. Includes a cardio/stretch warm up and recovery stretch cool down. Total body workout with cardio and core incorporated throughout. You need dumbbells and a mat.
Friday 8:30-9:00 am (EST) – Yogalates 30 minute stretch flow of transitional movements combining both Yoga and Mat Pilates. Increase muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and gain core strength with this multi-level class for anyone who wishes to feel better and energize their body.
Tues/Thurs 9:00-9:50 am (EST) – Cycle! If you have an indoor bike, treadmill or elliptical that can track your cadence (RPM) then you can “ride” with us! Cardio set to fun music with various profiles to include strength, endurance, intervals, rolling hills and mountains! *Cycle is a separate subscription*
